BOARD OF DIRECTORS
ALFREDO MALGUZZI (Chairman)
Alfredo Malguzzi, founding partner of MALGUZZI E ASSOCIATI, with registered office in Milan, is a Chartered Accountant (since 1987), former collaborator at the Bocconi University – School of Management (1990-1997), Administration and Control area, and publicist on the subject of tax and corporate affairs relating to extraordinary finance transactions, acquisitions, disposals and corporate restructuring. He sits on the boards of a number of important industrial companies such as Benetton Group Srl, Candy SpA, Borgo Scopeto and Tenuta Carpazo Srl, LaGare SpA and as statutory auditor of BNP PARIBAS Lease Group SpA and Gruppo Lactalis Italia SpA.
GIULIO CORNO (Managing Director)
After graduating in Business and Economics, he became an Accountant and took a BBA in Economics and an MBA in Finance at George Washington University. Before founding Triboo in 2008, he was a strategic and extraordinary finance consultant for a number of Italian and international industrial groups, completing over 50 M&A transactions and two listings of companies of which he was a shareholder and director. He has 4 children and a multitude of passions. His position in Compagnia Ditigale Italiana S.p.A. makes him the main shareholder of Triboo.
VITTORIO CODA (Independent Director)
Vittorio Coda is professor emeritus of the Luigi Bocconi Business University, where he taught strategy and business policy and has held various institutional positions. Professor Coda is the author of numerous scientific publications for which he received the Invernizzi Economics Award in 1999. Alongside his research and teaching activities he has also acted as a management consultant and held offices in many companies and bodies. He is currently Chairman of Banca Aletti, Board Director of Triboo SpA., Vice-Chairman of the Institute for Business Values, Board Director of Fondazione Humanitas and Ambrosianeum.
ALESSANDRO COPPARONI (Independent Director)
Alessandro Copparoni is a chartered accountant and auditor at his Accounting and Taxation consulting firm in Pesaro. He previously gained experience in the Investment banking and brokerage sectors. Dr. Copparoni collaborates with the Sole24Ore Group for the Master in Regulations and Taxation, Telefisco and Data Bases. He is also the Technical Advisor and Expert for the Court of Pesaro and is an Auditor and Statutory Auditor for the Generali Group, Arena SpA., Manutencoop, Capital for Progress 1 SpA., MAB SpA., OLTREMARE SpA., BRUE’ SpA.
CINZIA PAROLINI (Independent Director)
Cinzia Parolini is an external lecturer and collaborator with the Luigi Bocconi University – School of Management. Prof. Parolini is the author of numerous publications and research papers in the fields of business strategy and analysis, high-tech companies, e-business, entrepreneurial initiatives and business plans and digitalisation processes on cultural industries. Alongside her publishing and research activities, she has held many corporate positions has been a member of the Board of Directors of Triboo SpA since 2014.
VINCENZO POLIDORO (Independent Director)
Vincenzo Polidoro is the Chief Executive Officer at First Capital SpA., which he joined during the IPO phase in 2010. He graduated with a degree in Business Economics at the Catholic University of Milan and an MBA in Corporate Finance at the Luigi Bocconi Business University (Milan, Italy). Dr. Polidoro has over fifteen years experience in Investment Banking working with Banca Profilo and with the role of manager and partner of the Private Equity Investment Fund. Dr. Polidoro is the Sole Director and Shareholder of CHUI Srl.
ANDRE’ SCHMIDT (Independent Director)
André Schmidt graduated with an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in New York City, USA. He began his career as a consultant and business banker and later became Strategic and Business Development Director of Ebay, Strategic Director for Google EMEA and Director of Emerging Markets for Google. Dr. Schmidt is a founding member of Bundletech/Dutycalculator, a company sold to Borderfree in 2015, where Dr. Schmidt stands as Vice Chairman.
BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
FAUSTO SALVADOR (Chairman)
He is a chartered accountant and auditor, working as a consultant in tax law, corporate law, accounting and financial statements, corporate finance for companies and industrial, service and financial groups. He is a member of the Commission for insolvency proceedings, of the study Commission for Business Finance, Management Control and Planning of the Bar of Chartered Accountants of Pordenone. He is a member of NedCommunity, an Association of non-executive and independent directors of listed companies. He works as a consultant in administration, financial reporting, auditing, national and international taxation areas. As for his academic activities, he worked as a co-supervisor for the preparation of a large number of degree theses. He has also collaborated in the publishing of articles on Accounting, Finance and Control for the Il Sole 24 Ore newspaper and has been a speaker at various conferences.
SEBASTIANO BOLLA PITTALUGA (Statutory Auditor)
He currently conducts his professional business as a Chartered Accountant in Genoa, as a member of the “ilt Associati” firm, providing tax and corporate advice to companies operating in various industrial, commercial and service sectors. He holds the position of chairman and statutory member of the board of statutory auditors in various companies.
SILVIA FOSSATI (Statutory Auditor)
Chartered accountant and statutory auditor, she is a contract professor on financial statements at the Bocconi University in Milan and on the subject of financial statements and auditing at the Carlo Cattaneo LIUC University of Castellanza. She holds the position of member of the Board of Statutory Auditors in many trading companies.
